Skills: Operations analysis – continuous improvement; personnel and labor relations – employee involvement and skills training; automation/mechanization, buildings and fleet maintenance; Service analysis – air and highway logistics improvement; Capital Investment analysis – new equipment and facilities justification; Media communications and customer relations.
I have 16 years concurrent volunteer administrative experience with Nonprofit organizations.
Then 3 years experience as a regular Army Officer with personnel management (Infantry) and maintenance (Ordnance) skills with tracked and wheeled vehicles, armament, and electronics.
